The price specified is the lowest selling price agreed to by the consignor. Counter-offers are possible. If you have tendered a counter offer and someone else offers to pay full price before the consignor has agreed to accept your counter offer, we will sell at the original asking price. Unless specified otherwise by the consignor, unsold lots are available for sale after an auction, posted online for 30 days. All lots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis for the lowest possible selling price plus our established IN-HOUSE buyer’s premium.
